Noticed most of the time it's failure of middle management, Bcz of communication gap(sorry but this is truth) We must ensure to communicate with team and keep motivated as well as provide maximum resources as per policy, if needed. Do share info related to task, better transparency, ready to provide solution as and when required. Get engaged and do day to day interaction with team colleagues and support during tuff time.

I think it is very important that the goals that are set as part of a change process are manageable in number and clear to understand. It is better to divide the goals into smaller subgoals, decide on the most important ones (i.e. those that bring the greatest added value) and complete them within a short period of time. In my experience, 3-5 clear subgoals are enough to increase the likelihood that they will be completed.
