This means why do they want to do anything?? Why does one want to enter into the data field? Does he or she love to play with the data? Or not? If the why is Clear then there will be no space for procrastination. Yes definitely along the journey demotivation and procrastination will come but whenever they come just try to remember the "why?" Why have you started the journey? And what is your end goal? And yes taking sufficient breaks from daily work will refresh the mind and it helps a lot.
