How long you last is really a matter of how deeply rooted you are in what you feel. (2) Establish your expertise - Be realistic on what you actually know and are good at. Identify these in three areas namely Knowledge, Ability, and Experience. Doing this will help you to do two things: Create a firm emotional foundation and set realistic boundaries to curb non-constructive failures.

This gives you a better idea on whether people see value in what you do.
