Na minha experiência, o primeiro passo para superar a resistência a mudança, esta em estabelecer de forma clara e objetiva as etapas da mudança e os benefícios da mesma para o processo em geral. A partir desse ponto, sempre conduzir o processo de forma que a equipe se sinta a vontade para questionar, sugerir e principalmente contribuir para a mudança, ou seja, fazer parte do processo, torna as pessoas mais abertas e conscientes do seu papel nas ações tomadas.
