I have an online organizational assessment that identifies how widespread the 28 most common and recurring challenges are inside a company. These challenges impact performance at the org, department, and employee levels. The consolidated information is then presented in an Executive Report (8 pages), a Full Report (46 pages), and a Roadmap Report (12 pages).
