If you have social listeners set up you can get alerts when this happens and respond to their tag, thanking them and DMing them a code for a discount. This offers a win-win to the customer and to you. Digital products can create scavenger hunts and hide clues in real places. Rewarding their audience for finding them by posting pics of company swag as social proof.
