O treinamento é fundamental, o suporte é super bem vindo... quando o usuário participa das fases iniciais do projeto. Se isto não acontece, é como se um "muro" fosse construído no lugar onde deveria ser construída uma "ponte". Percebe? Já estive diante de desafios profissionais onde precisei "pegar o bonde andando". Não é fácil e os esforços passam a ser além das nossas forças. Já precisei dar início em uma linha produtiva que não era funcional para os usuários, quase foi desativada. Also, contractor must realise that for the client , cast has a cost. Therefore he needs to optimise use of materials and resources at all stages. 2) Monitoring the project depends on the type of the project. For example a linear project , say road, rail or river may need a type of monitoring process. And a factory or airport another type for resources use. Experience is needed here.
