If anything is unclear it is important to check this at the beginning of the project, but also if any of the requested evidence is deemed to be unrealistic for the organisation (in itself or within the deadline). During the course of the project, if there is any risk of noncompliance, check with the grantor as soon as possible, as most are willing to give some leeway, if they are informed in time (like not meeting the deadline or alternative evidence and documentation for expenses when needed.
