Following the Agile Methodology gives continous feedback to the team.Based on the type of client one works with and the amount of time available in a sprint the continuous feedback session can be conducted.Some of them which we followed for one of our clients (GXP)was testcase review session to enhance the test coverage and correctness ,execution reviews to ensure client auditing(screenshot and expected results are monitored),following the RCA for any defects encountered and getting them triaged by the PO,BAand devleads,having the testingnstandards set before the beginning of testing phase etc.
