Having a calendar present is a great asset to brainstorming. Often times we have awesome ideas but don’t always think of the amount time it will take to bring this idea to life. We have to consider established initiatives as well as new initiatives. This way we can navigate and plan our execution and follow through with a clear timeline. Of course there will be some hiccups but dates are important.
