Ich habe mich mit dem Auftraggeber ausgetauscht über seine Erwartungen. 3. Ich habe unserer Legal-Abteilung über Aufwand, Zeitrahmen und besondere Klausel informiert, damit sie es sich einteilen kann. 4. Ich habe sämtliche Vertragsunterlagen (Pläne, Baubeschreibungen etc.) vorbereiten lassen. 5. Ich habe pro Fläche/Mieter als Vorbereitung eine Checkliste erstellt mit sämtlichen notwendigen Angaben und Unterlagen (Mietdaten, Benchmark Umsätze der letzten Jahre, Nebenkostenabrechnungen, Indexprognose etc.) 6. Und dann habe ich nach Priorität angefangen, die Termine zu koordinieren.
