From my experience during my internship, I found EHRs really helpful by saving much time in conducting therapeutic drug monitoring using the PCNE (Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe) template, which is automatically integrated with physicians' and nurses' records, patients' laboratory results, drug history, and records from previous inpatient and outpatient visits.
