We are humans who believe in what they see. This is why visualization is profound at improving ourselves to reach our goals. Sometimes, we might feel demotivated towards our goals. Sometimes our goals might seem to be very challenging enough to be believed. Sometimes, we might be discouraged by our environment. At this point, visualizing our goal, what that is going to be, how that is going to look like, is the most motivating urge able to keep us going and working towards our goal. So, keep working towards your goal, and choose faith instead fear. In case, anyone discourages you, just visualize your goal, and keep going. Dare to keep going!

In my experience, you should asses the visualization inmediatly after it is showed to the Team. It is very helpful to ask people to close their eyes and describe which kind of emotions the visualization have provoked in them. And also the words have come up after seeing the images Empowerment Motivation Proud Team Happiness Goals etc,… Should be the answers if the Vision has had a right impact on them

By fostering a mindset open to positive and creative daydreaming, leaders can harness PCD to cultivate a shared strategic vision, encouraging members to think beyond current constraints and envision new possibilities.

Benefits of Visualization: (1) Decision making: By creating a mental map, you can decide upon smaller, actionable tasks which can help you reach your goals. (2) Increased confidence: Visualization leads you to imagine yourself at the zenith of success which eventually leads to an increase in your self worth and makes the goal feel attainable. (3) Healthier habits and behaviour: By making a mental map to your success, you lay a foundation to healthier habits i.e., you work more efficiently, prioritize your work, and better evaluate your progress. (4) Improved mental health: Visualization focuses on positive outcomes thereby reducing anxiety, depression and distractions and helps you focus on tasks that help you reach your goal.

I often used a framework rather than visualization. It means that the team should construct their system of thinking from one to another part of the framework, sometimes it's a linear process (like a SMART framework), or a quadrant (SWOT, etc). It's simpler and more systematic to understand rather than using visuals (pictures, illustrations, etc).
