Investing on training recruiter on modern ways of sourcing, introducing them to different ways of LinkedIn usage and training them in unconventional ways of recruiting. Stepping out of the way by networking , We always got to see, how we can be better than the rest 1000 recruiters in the market.

Retention - January, July and December have been considered the top 3 months where major job changes take place, more likely because companies renew their budgets to hire more talent. But do we let our trained professionals go? The solution to this is greater retention in all aspects. Converting contractors, retaining fresh talent (university placement hire), retaining leaders to showcase good example, retaining consistent performers. HRBPs play a huge role in this aspect. It is always better to retain existing employees who have been loyal to the company than searching a replacement talent in market.

This is my favorite topic of all times. While I started as a candidate, the only concern I had was why are the recruiters not responding - which is directly linked to candidate experience. Ways in which you can improve candidate experience. - While its humanely not possible to reply to every application - use your ATS to deliver an automated mail on selection/rejection/pause. - Communicate if you see any candidate who did good in interviews however got rejected at last moment, suggest them points of improvement. These candidate would further suggest your company names to others. - The time between interviewing to hiring is huge- especially for the ones serving 90 days notice period (India), keeping the candidate warm and involved.

True . Second this. Additionally, providing good candidate experience is a necessity. You can not act like a robot or an ai ..if you're a human, you gotta act like that - this is my personal belief. Having good Candidate experience has brought me more clients , more referrals and some of them have their own startups now. They're still in touch with me and have been helping them find talent ! We don't know who knows who. And who can become what later in life. Relationships are very important. Candidates are humans before they are candidates!
