I make it a practice to seek feedback after every interview rejection. I reach out to the recruiter to understand what could have been better, what went well, and areas for improvement. I compile these insights into a 'stop, continue, start' list, helping me refine my approach for future interviews. Continuous learning and growth are essential in advancing one's career.

Clearing a common query people have: How to follow up? 1) During your interview, you should ask when you can expect to hear back from them. 2) Drop a text/email 24 hours after that date has passed (in case they haven't replied) 3) If they don't respond even then, send another follow up 48 hours after your 1st follow-up 4) If you still don't get a response, this should be your final follow-up (after another 48 hours) where you mention explicitly that since you haven't heard back, you assume that you haven't cleared the round, and thank them for the experience. And ask for any feedback they have for you. ^and close the loop.
