The very first thing is Software stability! It must work like a charm at any time. Second thing, it has to be user friendly (fast operation), then we are looking at cost, how it pulls from inventory etc...

Primeiramente saber e entender suas necessidades do seu negócio, exemplo: tenho fluxo de caixa mas, não controlo muito bem as vendas e assim não tenho controle do meu financeiro. Então, antes de aderir a um sistema de PDV, preciso saber se as funções que nele estão ofertadas atendem total ou parcial da minha "deficiência" interna, será que o investimento compensa? As integrações ofertadas são boas, mas, nada vale sem um tempo para dedicação em conhecer a ferramenta, treinar sua equipe e assim fazer o uso correto.
