Use Complex Passwords: create passwords that are at least 12 characters long and contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special chars. Avoid common words and patterns for your passwords. Do not use your name, birthday, family members names. Steer clear of sequential or repetitive patterns (e.g., "123456" or "password"). Instead of a single word, use a passphrase composed of multiple words, making it both strong and memorable Change your passwords periodically, especially for critical accounts like email and online banking. Consider using a reputable password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely (1Password (paid) or BitWarden (free)).

Like everyone else said, use strong password and MFA. Along with all that, I would suggest getting MFA for all devices including Windows logins. And, implement monitoring and auto remediation for cloud services. Keep in mind a stolen token can bypass password of MFA!
