One thing I’ve found while working in teams is that when people who are working on non agile teams are not comfortable with agile teams like due to their processes or may be due to their respective responsibilities then the only step I looked to implement the agile methodology is through fostering the clear and concise communication with the cross functional teams with respective to their sprint planning. When the business is moving forward towards a new sprint then it’s better to explain the clear process and benefits of being the agile user which will shower the key improvements in their business process operations.
