Transparency is the key, those who will beleive in you (for that, as a brand you need to be genuine) will stay, other will partways. Why you want somebody to be an influencer of your brand if they can't stand with you in your hard times. That's why I say, you pay influencers to promote your product, they are doing it for other brands as well. But when you give good quality product and service to your customers they become advocates. So as a brand invest in good customer service and use this loyalty to save you in your hard times.
