For sure career changes are like tightrope walks which is daunting without a net and we don't want to experience it like that . Here is what i will say earn trust by being that safety net - honest advice, tailored strategies & proof that we have walked this path before. When clients see us as their partner in progress, the leap feels less scary 100% . We should know that the glue that holds all relationships together… is trust and will always be .

When your client and yourself have similarities it makes the relationship between you alot more relaxed and comfortable. Having an understanding of their concerns, assurance of everything will be fine and making sure they know that you care and they are not just another person that walked through the door can be a male or break deal. Compassion goes along way.
