Setting clear boundaries, like designated working hours, protects my work-life balance. I also invest in professional growth—during a burnout prevention initiative, I prioritized self-care and implemented mindfulness techniques, leading to better outcomes for both me and my clients. YOU have no choice. This is one habit, skill, choice you must make. AQ - Adversity Quotient, Grit, Resilience anything you may call it, we all face ups and downs everyday in our own mind and outside at work and family. Only dead people don't face ups and downs. So, building resilience is a decision, a choice, wise make. Decision is the first step. I love to volunteer in the slums and villages. It automatically and automagically helps.
