It avoids a lot of meetings and allows sales people to work in their best time blocks possible. - Slack - For constant collaboration and communication. - CRM - Sales Cadence tools. - For having all the info, etc. - Goal Tracking Dashboard - We review it easy and fast establishing OKR's for each sales rep. - Asana - For tasks and project management. Not for all sales members but the ones that work in non-sales related projects and Customer's Project Management.
