When managing a packed schedule of client meetings, I use a few strategies to ensure I'm prioritizing effectively: 1. Evaluate Client Importance: I assess the value of each client and the urgency of their needs. High-value clients or those with time-sensitive issues get priority. 2. Time-Blocking: I allocate blocks of time for different types of meetings, ensuring that I can give each client the appropriate level of focus. 3. Prepare in Advance: To maximize meeting efficiency, I ensure I have all necessary materials and agendas ready in advance. This helps streamline discussions and reduces the likelihood of time being overruns. 4. Buffer Time: I build in buffer time between meetings to handle any unexpected delays or follow-up actions.

I do try not to over fill to many meetings in a day as you need time to decompress and makes notes from each meeting. I do find that you need to be strict with time and have a plan going into each meeting of what you are discussing so it does not go off in the wrong direction. You also need to prioritize meetings based on the urgency and what your customer is after. So current project may take priority over a project thats starting in 3 months but both are important.
