It should be a safe space and an open invitation for detractors to share their frustrations but agree on a clear action points and owners. Bring in a neutral navigator if needed (HR or other) 2) Determine if more brand learning and training is needed. When I was at Sparx Smartphones, resolving internal conflicts that affected our brand required open communication between teams like marketing, design, and engineering. Addressing issues early helped us align on a common goal and encouraged collaboration. Regular feedback sessions ensured consistency in messaging, design, and functionality. When disagreements arose, mediation and compromise were essential. By fostering mutual respect and understanding, we worked more effectively as a team, ultimately strengthening the brand and ensuring a unified message.
