If my team member is overwhelmed by complex work , there are so many ways to support it effectively. First to understand the type of work and nature of works. Second identify the problem and issues of the work. Third if necessary, talk to them privately and involve with team. Need to encourage and motivate the team member according to his work. Need to provide on time and work related tools . Need to provide mental health resources to support them. Need to motivate team members for team work. I need to think and be professional . Need to recognize , appreciate and rewards the team member according to his work.
