En esta revisión el equipo presenta sus hallazgos en una reunión donde compartimos el aprendizaje obtenido. Este proceso se enfoca en acciones y en ajustes, no en señalar personas, promoviendo así una cultura de mejora continua y confianza. Estas reuniones son fundamentales, pues refuerzan un entorno seguro donde los errores impulsan el crecimiento y cada lección fortalece al equipo en su conjunto.

This might sound silly at first, but it’s really worked for me and my team. Replace the word ‘fail’ with ‘fall’. Fail keeps you stuck. Fall makes you think you have fallen down and so naturally you will get back up quicker. When you change the framing, you change the response.
