These are great strategies to keep teams motivated during sprints. I've found that adding regular check-ins to address blockers and celebrating individual contributions also goes a long way in boosting morale. Additionally, creating a transparent roadmap where everyone can see how their efforts align with the bigger picture fosters a sense of purpose.

Do some coding and check-ins with them. Remind them you're all in the same trench. Lead by example and stay connected. Doing that will also show why they're struggling and you'll tend to bump into root causes.

Some actions were fundamental to keeping the team with high morale and engaged: 1- before the sprint, activities must be divided into low, medium, high and very high priority. 2- work with small squads, in which each leader knows exactly what to extract from their followers 3- celebrate small achievements 4- pay variables for productivity monthly to professionals. We use function point as a measure of variable pay and a quantity quota based on seniority of the position. 5- communicate successes in public and failures in private 6- make failures a guide for professionals’ individual development plans. 7- encourage a culture of trial and error. failure is welcome if the challenge is great

Communication is always king. Is agile the right way to work? Who is struggling? Is agile right for everyone on the team? What is missing? Communication wins, openly, transparently and often.
