Understand customer Pain and give the solution. Dont try to sell your product, understand their current issue and additional requirements in terms of product quality Features etc. be a solution provider. It helps to win the trust. When u talk engage the customer in your discussion.

Be present, go to the site. Nothing builds more trust that living in the world where your client’s challenge is. Your voice is going to hold weight where you can demonstrate commitment to easing your clients burden even at a cost to you.

In my experience so far a strong foundation of trust 1st of all needs to break the “client” and server relationship 😊 Openness is key for trust building mutually and bilaterally. Client and server relationships still maintains some sort of barriers specially due to inherent business interest at both ends which is obvious but what is most important is to be aligned on ultimate objective understandings each others positions, limitations and best possible outcomes.

Sharing Knowledge is a sign of collaborative work, Collaboration leads to solution and work completion. It keeps us updated if we are a part of a knowledge sharing session and leads to new insights.

It goes without saying that Networking introduces us to new People in our Industry & Beyond. We gain insights of our Industry and beyond which helps us progress in our career.

Networking through your distributor, at seminars and workshops, allows direct access to clients. Another avenue through the distributor is with their sales personnel, they get inquires about available/open integrators all the time.

Although it is critical to follow a standard approach to build your own Brand it is also important to understand the exact requirement. Ever client/Project requirements & Business goals are different hence by personlaising solutions we ensure that our design is aligned with the specific requirements of our customer.
