Engaging with colleagues and asking questions would help me learn unwritten norms and build relationships. I’d reflect on differences from my previous workplace and identify how my skills and experiences can align with the new environment. Flexibility is key—adjusting my approach to fit the culture while staying true to my principles. Feedback would guide my actions, ensuring I contribute effectively while embracing the new team's unique identity.
