Unexpected structural issues always occur, and contractors believe that all subcontractors and technical departments execute work using the best methods. This assumption leads them to feel assured about the quality of work, and they are fine due to this assurance. I propose the following approach that I did on-site to eliminate all problems. 1-Each contractor thinks BIM is the best solution for it. You consider the best tool to be given to a baby; therefore, it leads to adverse outcomes. 2-employ an expert in API code, AI, and Power BI to develop programs for management and redesign. 3—The general engineer with experience in design and construction is required to provide essential advice to the mentioned groups to reduce these events.

Firstly I would prefer to halt work in the affected area and ensure safety. Engage experts to assess and document the problem, then evaluate the solutions based on cost, time and safety factors. Focus the work in the unaffected area to maintain progress. Fix all the issues and inform proposed solutions to clients, inspectors and stakeholders. Monitor all the progress and document the resolution progress to update project protocols.
