Yes, my heart feels like its beating faster, my fingers may be sweatier than usual, I may be feeling overwhelmed. Use your breath to anchor yourself in the now- try inhaling normally and exhaling longer through the mouth. This helps your body understand that you're in a safe place because you're breathing better. Relaxation helps your nerves calm themselves.
