Early in my sales career I was constantly filled with fear of losing and focused on the short term. It was through hard experiences, wins and losses I learnt that staying true despite external and internal pressure to manipulate- oversell, being patient but focused and aggressive for every small opportunity and effective and sensitive way of resolving problems, conflicts etc, helps in building long term relationships with customers. Over 15 years I have built a treasure of strong customer relationships that has survived job changes and less frequent contact over years.

Be unapologetically real. Be very authentic in treating people as human beings. As a physical therapist, we deal with patients with pain every single day. Learn about them. Learn about their ecosystem. What comprises their daily tasks, their routines, their training regimens? Fill in those gaps as a therapist. Treat holistically the entire person versus just the diagnosis.

Être là au bon moment ne suffit plus... vous devez toujours être actif, Ils ne doivent penser qu'à vous.
