At 54 I feel like I'm in the best shape in my life. I've been working at home for 4 1/2 years, ever since Covid hit. I maintain solid mental health hygiene, bolstered by 20-30 sticky notes placed strategically around my house reminding me to engage regularly in contemplation and reflection. I eat well, and often not after 5pm. I drink lots of water. I exercise my body regularly. I took up dead weight hanging a few months back for a total of 5 minutes a day, love the doorway chin-up bar. And I work on my own projects regularly, with strong boundaries between paid work non-work time. As long as I'm making sure I get out of the house every day and maintain in-person human contact, I feel balanced and healthy. What more can we ask for?
