I would remind myself of my expertise, past successes, and the value I bring to clients. Embrace a growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities to learn. Regularly seek feedback, focus on continuous improvement, and celebrate small wins. Remember, even seasoned professionals started somewhere. Authenticity and genuine effort build confidence over time.

When imposter syndrome sneaks in, I start by owning what I do know—acknowledging the experience and strengths I bring to the table. I remind myself that everyone starts somewhere, and that my fresh perspective might actually be an advantage. I seek out quick wins, like helping a client with a small challenge, to prove to myself that I can create value. I also lean into learning, turning uncertainty into curiosity instead of fear. Over time, each positive impact and piece of feedback chips away at those doubts. “Embrace the newbie jitters as fuel for growth, and watch your confidence take off.”

Repetirme afirmaciones positiva
