Utilising examples from a current or the last role you held will cement the confidence in your ability, but you can also demonstrate times when you might utilise these strengths outside of work.

El hablar de logros como ejemplo, no está nada mal. Para muchos puede resultar arrogante, pero aplicado a la confianza, es la manera que tengo de trasladar un resultado más asertivo. Ser resolutivo: Es siempre encontrar el punto positivo de equilibrio entre partes. A veces las miradas pueden ser distintas, pero el punto en común hace la diferencia. Preocuparse y ocuparse: Es el camino hacia el resultado que la empresa desea. La trazabilidad de tareas: En cada área, es algo muy minucioso de ver. En lo personal cada tarea rutinaria debe primero consultarse a quien la realiza y que haría por mejorarla. En base a ese dato, es donde se debe aplicar el conocimiento y experiencia personal.

Considero que la respuesta se debe adaptar a la posición para la cual uno se postula. Toda respuesta debe ser en positivo, marcado o respaldado con hechos concretos y explicando motivos de poqué es importante. Se podrian utilizar palabras como: me considero..., eh demostrado ser una persona..., me gusta o soy una persona....

Yo he visto como mucha gente queda en el primer filtro, y no llega a quien realmente debería decidir si sirve o no. Hay personas que no saben expresarse, por nervios, por hacerles preguntas causiosas las cuales algunas veces confunden al entrevistado. La gente de mentes brillantes, les cuesta llegar al llano para expresarse.Su mente está muy enfocada en resolver,que desdeña en expresarlas.
