I’ve found that consolidating communication in one place helps me avoid juggling between apps, while templates for repetitive tasks save tons of time. Also, batching similar tasks keeps me in the flow and helps avoid constant switching. These small adjustments make a big difference in staying efficient!

I’d start by prioritizing tasks and creating a detailed schedule for each project. Breaking down work into manageable steps helps me stay organized and allows me to focus on high-impact tasks first.

I group similar tasks together, knocking them out in one go instead of bouncing around. I also set time limits for each project to stay focused and avoid distractions (bye-bye, social media for sometime).
