Maintain response times to keep the work flows smooth. Get open feedback to quickly resolve blockers. In the past, I defined a simple rule: updates in the morning, deep work in the afternoon. However, this ensured that everyone was informed but their focus was not disrupted. The removal of misunderstandings comes through regular syncs and clarity of expectations.

At every execution of research method, you will discover New knowledge and hence it is important to navigate the research accordingly with the new knowledge. Because it is a never ending discovery of new knowledge, teams members are self motivated to communicate to other stakeholders to obtain their feedback.
