Regular check-ins keep progress on track, while flexibility allows for swift adjustments. 5. I also prioritize team's well-being, incorporating short breaks to sustain focus and morale. By balancing task prioritization and team dynamics, I ensure efficient execution under pressure.

If the project allows for it, I would use Agile methodologies to break the project into smaller, manageable sprints If a task feels too overwhelming or complex, I would break it down into smaller, more achievable sub-tasks, giving the team clear, incremental steps to focus on.
