Stop 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚: You should focus and use the training budget for only relevant skills. I see many employees have wonderful but irrelevant skills. I call it “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚” he/she wants to fit in all positions in all companies and get the highest salaries. If I need an accountant why should I pay you more for your other irrelevant skills. Focus on a set of relevant skills and certificates that make you stand out in the market, Don't enter a market without a competitive advantage or you'll struggle to succeed against established players. And don't expect to command high salaries if you lack in-demand skills and expertise.

Key decision-makers can benefit from historical awareness of shifting power dynamics among stakeholders, from the student all the way up to legislators and government. Asymmetric accountability demands often fall on frontline educators. It is crucial to adopt a holistic, sustainable, and long-term perspective beyond immediate financial or efficiency metrics, and to maintain an ongoing dialogue with school professionals. Set goals should contribute to a school system that is attractive to qualified professionals, who can thrive without risking burnout. Individual democratic autonomy of students as future citizens should also be valued.
