COLLABORATION IS KEY...... You should have representation from the IT teams (admin / security / support) with clearly outlined RACI, within your automation CoE. This will ensure a 2 way comms and keep the relevant teams abreast on dependencies, changes & preparedness on planned / unplanned outages, upgrades, introduction of emerging automation technologies

Best way is to leverage CoE approach. CoE teams keep talking to various depts and identify potential processes for automation. Once evaluated and valiated, these are put in the Automation pipeline. The pipelines are discussed and prioritized with stakeholders and then subsequent sessions are conducted with team to share detailed plans of process automation.

Eu gosto sempre de manter um ambiente central de gestão dos projetos em gerais, e não seria diferente para os projetos de automação de processos. Centralizar o projeto em uma ferramenta como o Trello, ClickUp, faz com que a comunicação fiquei mais ágil. Em projetos de automação é interessante que se tenha reuniões diárias, as daily, para alinhamento e acompanhamento das principais entregas. Toda atualização de avanço ou regresso deverá ser reportado na ferramenta para que o acompanhamento seja em tempo real. É interessante ter algum dashboard para gestão das entregas. A comunicação deverá ser Clara e Objetiva, se adaptando ao nível de maturidade de cada equipe.
