Ceci est très important car votre émotion affecte directement la manière dont vous prend un décision. Donc, savoir gérer vos émotion est un must en matière de leadership et management d'une entreprise.

Durante mi trayectoria, me ha sido útil considerar los siguientes aspectos a fin de generar una proyección exitosa y lo más certera posible - considerar variables macro del contexto como ser, expectativas de consumo, inflación u otras varias de impacto en el negocio - realizar un FODA - analizar la información de periodos anteriores para entender el comportamiento y posibles gaps de mejora - definir un incremento general alineado a las expectativas de los propietarios - definir un incremento por segmento, unidad de negocio, producto alineado al objetivo general - desarrollar al menos 3 escenarios que permitan tener previsibilidad respecto de los posibles acontecimientos - revisar el EBITDA para asegurar que los escenarios son los deseados

The next level of success is if you can move beyond delegation and into a culture of empowerment, where team members feel confident enough to take on projects and responsibilities proactively before the leader assigns those responsibilities. These approaches only work when you have a strong leader, who is confident enough in themselves that they don’t have to be the one in charge of everything, and trust their reports enough to not micromanage. Tenha sempre dados visuais (gráficos, dashboards), tabelas e observações das principais contas. Cada publico recebe/interage com o cenário por um viés, e como profissional de FP&A você precisa estar preparado para ser um bom comunicador.

You cannot be a leader if no one is willing to follow you. Be clear and concise in your communications both written and verbal. Your team will appreciate this and will follow your lead with their teams. PS: This applies to all leaders not just those in Budgeting and Forecasting.

Acredito em 3 fundamentos essenciais. Dedicar tempo ao desenvolvimento da equipe. Ao compartilhar conhecimentos e oferecer orientação, não apenas fortaleço as habilidades individuais, mas, sigo na construção de um time mais coeso e confiante, pronto para enfrentar desafios complexos. Outro ponto, é tomar decisões baseadas em dados. Procuro demonstrar a importância de análises precisas e detalhadas. Incentivo a todos a seguirem o mesmo rigor analítico. Por fim, acredito na importância de ser flexível e resiliente, especialmente diante de mudanças inesperadas. Adaptar-me rapidamente e manter a calma em situações voláteis tem mostrado à minha equipe que a capacidade de se ajustar às situações é tão valiosa quanto ao planejamento inicial.

Man muss zu sich selbst ehrlich sein. Ich bspw. habe in einer kurzen Tätigkeit mit disziplinarischer Führung bemerkt, dass ich das nicht bin und kann. Meine Stärken liegen in der fachlichen Führung. Diese Erkenntnis hat mich flexibler und vor allem einsatzbereiter gemacht und ich bin bis heute dankbar, für die schlechten Erfahrungen in meiner o.g. kurzen Tätigkeit.
