Other than salary you can negotiate the package by asking incentives or perks such as company maintained car, mobile, health insurance. Other than these you can also ask for stock share options by letting the company know that if it is initiated then this will boost your overall performance as you will work more harder to grow that business as it will also increase your stakes in the company.

While asking for promotion you should also research the market bench mark. For example if other company is offering perks for the same position that you are working on then you should discuss those with the organization. So, They can better understand the things you are asking are up to the bench mark being offered in the market.

You should always tell the company that if you will be promoted then your job description will expand. You will be more responsible. So, you should clearly ask them the things you need in order to be more productive while being responsible.
