Virginia Satir was a great family therapist. NLP Satir categories came from modelling her body language patterns. Why use them? To identify behavior patterns, foster better communication, and resolve conflicts effectively. How? Observe reactions during stress and help individuals move toward the congruent (balanced) stance. Example: A child blaming (Blamer) can be guided to express feelings calmly, promoting understanding and trust. Open arms and arms open and facing on the ground has helped me a lot to make the audience feel welcome, included and radiate peace in the room with my smile. It builds credibility by addressing emotional needs, encouraging empathetic responses, and offering actionable solutions. Keep inspiring.

When you step in front of a mosaic of minds, your body speaks before you do. Stand tall, but not stiff. Let your gestures be bold, yet inclusive. Eye contact? Share it like you're passing out wisdom. Mirror the room's energy, show you're in tune. Credibility isn't just spoken, it's shown. Let your body shout, "I'm here for all of you."

Use body language openly and confidently. Maintaining an upright and relaxed posture conveys security and authority. Eye contact is crucial as it demonstrates interest and transparency, but it should be distributed among the different members of the audience to include everyone. Natural, moderate gestures help emphasize important points and make communication more engaging. In addition, avoiding crossing your arms and maintaining a genuine smile contributes to an approachable and welcoming posture, creating a more solid connection with the audience.
