However, creating variables, running different types of regression models, adjusting data, and controlling for variable relationships goes smoothly in Stata. Unfortunately, Stata is not free, so you will likely need to work for a company that provides it, study in a mater's program that has licensure, or fork out ~$1,000.

It has a Dashboard function to summarize all the pertinent diagrams in one board, and is able to visualize/aggregate data much more quickly than Excel for example in heatmap, treemap, sunburst, Sankey diagram, etc. This is a tool for storytelling with your underlying data.
