If you need to learn to use the platform, it's not intuitive enough for your users. Content should be available from just a couple of clicks from logging in. 2. Meet the company behind the product. Many LMS platforms are faceless companies that just want more licences sold. You should find a company that supports you and listens to your needs.

The contributions from Andy Candler is great , I would like to add to it a bit more firstly , the eLearning systems should be more familiar than the current templated models available , although it should cater culture friendly approaches, although learning is a globally unified model currently but we need to make a better systems that can adapt to different cultures. Secondly, working for the development of those systems should involve a collaborative market oriented approaches rather than the current product oriented ways that makes isolated islands while developing the systems
