Engaging with the end user to get the real answer is the key and then engaging them/public to design the solution is an ideal step to take but unfortunately sometimes there are time/budget restrictions. Feedbacks though are always taken into consideration & form part of the future guidance note.

Focus on these priorities to make the most impact with limited funds. The goal is to create a space that truly benefits the people who live there, making their daily lives easier and more enjoyable. Even with financial constraints, thoughtful planning can lead to innovative and successful urban design.

Urban planning is not taken seriously in my country Tanzania. For example interaction between settlement and other infrastructures such as roads not taken hair. You might find buildings where you need to discharge water from roads

Lo primero es conocer en la medida de lo posible la situación total a partir de ahí priorizar y ver la cobertura del presupuesto siempre dejando un margen de seguridad por algún imprevisto que pudiese suceder y se convierta de no tan prioridad pero que se convierta e situación crítica que amerite resolver de carácter urgente ( efectos de algún desastre natural por ejemplo ) en base a eso también. Priorizar obviamente.!

One of the major hurdles to overcome is cost. Usually on projects, during the planning/brainstorming phase when green roofs or other green infrastructure is brought up, it is usually quickly abandoned. This is usually due to the upfront cost. The difficulty at this stage is to be able to discuss what reductions in cost for other items there are due to the green infrastructure. Such as reduction in storm sewer pipe sizes, total length of storm sewer and reduction in the number of structures. Additionally, the overall impact to the rest of the stormwater management system, such at reduction of pond or underground storage size. This can be a challenge to quantify without doing two full designs so that comparable pricing can be done.

Less maintenance tree should be planted. In India some trees are grow from guano,so it sets cycle of replantation by nature. Important thing is that green space have mosquitoes, so growth of mosquitoes must be prevented.

Use locally sourced materials to cut costs in urban planning. Indigenous plants for landscaping and reclaimed materials for construction save on transportation expenses and boost the local economy. These materials also naturally complement the environment, enhancing the look of your design. Innovation doesn't have to be costly—simple, resourceful solutions can be both effective and visually appealing.

We must use reusable material for urban planning. Best out of waste material will decrease the cost of project and will support local vendors.

Flexible spaces must generate income for maintenence. So multipurpose space is good idea. Multipurpose space will be good for every season. Small business can be grow at this kind of spaces.
