Planning is often key in projects and what's motivating you. 90% of projects FAIL because of improper planning. It's always more intentional when you have an accountability partner or group to make the project you want! What helps me is to avoid scope creep as much as possible and use prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW and Urgent/Important matrices. I implore you to dwell on the planning stages to set realistic expectations.

I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing, but it is important to make sure other areas of your life that are important to you aren't neglected. For me personally, fitness is really important so letting a complex project get in the way of a part of my life that is super important to me would not be ok. Often times it may seem like the more time you spend on something the more you get done, but if your energy is not balanced correctly you may not be getting the full productivity out of your time. Taking a break and walking, working out, or meditating can really help in making sure the hours you put in are quality.

Go to the toilet regularly to check your balance minimum 3 times a day during busy days. Drink Water 2bottles a day (1l in total).

Reflect regularly with the people being involved. i.e. lessons learnt, or any other form of reflection. Ideally iterative approach, with a team of 5-7 and give numbers how much you liked the past 14 days and why. what to improve. for example.

If you cannot plan the whole program, break it down to the smallest possible increment. Build up from there. Keep the big picture always available and visible however work on the small details - which gives you the proceeding as well as you actually do proceed step by step, increment by increment.
