In my opinion real experts always start as conventional machinists. We have a workforce with 10+ years of experience, and every one of them was trained to operate vintage machinery where you had to do the calculations yourself and operate the machine manually. The next step is to train CNC machining - which is super easy because our folks know the principles perfectly - and then CNC programming and finally CAD design. Ceramics are not forgiving, tools are not cheap, so steady hands and solid knowledge play a crucial role in our business model.
