For vendors dealing with lots of data and personal information of their customers, growing a distrust about the potential misuse of the data is imminent. I don't blame them. I'd first build trust through transparent processes, and involve the vendors. If they don't approve my ways and offer adjustments for betterment of both parties, I wouldn't hesistate. After all, we both are getting benefitted. I'd never offer incentives because those feed greed. I'd let them know of the benefits their organization could earn once we have enough data to analyze and find insights from. Deeper insights about the TG allow more cashflow. Getting them better profits in ethically is a great way to build trust, authority, and gain more clients.
