This is very recent for us to MotivationalDiaries.com. I had an intern cry 2 months ago due to pressure. He just couldn't take it. I realized, when I was in my 20s; my drive got me here; but not everyone has the same 'drive' (there is nothing good or bad about it; it's just different). Thus, I created a ritual to transform our culture. Every group meeting which we now conduct starts with a 3 minute group meditation virtually followed by at least 1 and maximum 3 things each person is grateful for from today. This self-recognition culture has started to transform the energy of our work as any meeting starts with what we are thankful for fueling in our goals.
